We wants to inform you that from 12nd of May 2013 the Annual Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Chishty R.A.is starting it will be for 10 days till 21st May 2013.
These ten days of Urs are very powerful and people from almost every part of the world come and do their prayers and get fulfill their desaire.
Many people cannot come personally but they can make their wishes from there home,As you have became a part of chishty family by offering in the past we have your name registered in the devotees list, and we will include your names in the special prayer during URS.
If you wants to send any special request for the prayer of any of your family member , please send us their names before 12nd of May 2013,we will make dua for them.

Flag Hoisting
Annual Urs commences with Flag Hoisting at Buland Darwaza
On the appearance of the moon for the month of Rajab, there comes a change in daily routine which is generally held at the Holy Shrine. The main entrance of the Holy Tomb which in ordinary days is closed at night, is kept open through out the day and night (barring for 2 or 3 hours at night) during the six days of Urs. All other daily and weekly programmes are suspended and few functions and ceremonies commence from that night.
Qul Day ( Final Day)
Qul ceremony takes place on the last day of Urs which is also the sixth day of the month of Rajab. This is considered to be a very important day. After the morning prayer, people start gathering the Holy Tomb.The activities include recital of Quran, Darood, Shijra-e-Chishtia and other verses. People also tie small turbans on each other’s head and pray for the benefit of the people, for peace, prosperity and happiness.

- On 7th of May 2013 [25th Jamdul Sahani] flag hosting ceremony after Asar Namaz at 6:00 pm.
- On 12th of May 2012 [ 1st of rajab] the URS starts, the first gusal will star and the mehfil-e-sama will start in the Dargah Sharif.
- On 17th of May 2013 [6th of rajjab chatte sharif] the main day of Urs Sharif, the coul fatheha will be at 1:00 pm before zohar prayer.
- On 20th of May 2013 [9th rajjab] the last day of urs which is call bara qoul ,the main fathe and dua will be at 9:00 am. And the devotee of Hazrat Khawaja Gharib Nawaz r.a will wash the entire Darah Sharif. From 12th of May [1st of rajjab] till 17th of May [ 6 rajjab] the Dargah Sharif will remain open 24 hours except for some hour they will close for the urs ritual [ Ghusal sharif]
